Our process begins with a FREE Estimate, where we visit your space to measure, quote, and template — all in about 30 minutes. During this consultation, we bring color samples and collaborate with you to design your ideal countertops, including modifications like increased overhangs for that perfect breakfast bar or unique shapes to fit your modern aesthetic.

2) Pour-in-Place:
On-Site Epoxy Pouring
In select situations, we offer a Pour-in-Place option, allowing us to apply epoxy directly over existing surfaces that may be too costly or complex to remove. This method requires more time on-site due to the preparation needed to protect your space. We carefully construct plastic-walled barriers around the work area to safeguard against dust and debris while the surface cures.
Pour in Place
Once the design is finalized, we return to our warehouse to craft your new counters in a controlled environment, ensuring optimal quality and durability. This streamlined approach means our installation in your home takes just a few hours, minimizing mess and disruption, so you can enjoy your upgraded space with minimal downtime.
The pouring process itself takes time, as the epoxy requires 24 hours to dry. Following this initial curing period, we return to apply a protective top coat, which also needs an additional 24 hours to dry. The final day is dedicated to thorough cleanup, resulting in a total project timeline of approximately 3 to 4 days. While this method offers flexibility, opting for a custom build in our controlled environment is typically more cost-effective and ensures a quicker turnaround.
The Process

We come out, measure and give you a quote within 15 minutes. We bring samples, talk about color options and modifications. If you like the quote we can even send a text or email approval estimate on the spot. Upon approval we take another 15 to 30 minutes making a template of your counter to take back to our warehouse that the fabricators use to start building your new counter.Build & PourWe Build & Pour the Art
Your sales rep will bring your design specs to our team and in a week or so we will have a "sample board" for you to look at and approve. In normal times we can build and pour a kitchen set in a couple of weeks. During these supply chain and pandemic times we are usually delivering in 4 to 6 weeks.Install 1 Day Install
On the scheduled day we come out and in a few hours we do the install of your custom built countertops (If its a Pour-in-Place the install, it's a 3 to 4 day process and where additional times & fees may apply). Our clean, courteous, knowledgeable install team will take into account everything needed to give you a great countertop installation with sink placement.
